Nicole Franchi
Nicole is a classically trained Pilates teacher, certified in Mat Pilates through Power Pilates and currently completing her Reformer certification. Her teaching is rooted in the classical method while leaving room for contemporary movement, creativity, and fun.
Nicole’s relationship with movement hasn’t always been a peaceful one. For years, she believed strength meant pushing harder, doing more, and constantly challenging her body. Through Pilates and yoga, she discovered a different kind of strength—one rooted in intention, connection, and learning to truly listen to her body.
That journey deeply influences the way Nicole teaches today. She encourages her clients to come exactly as they are, be themselves, and have fun while they move. Her classes are a place to work hard, laugh, learn, and build strength without losing the joy of movement.
Whether someone has been practicing for years or is stepping onto a Reformer for the very first time, Nicole wants every client to know there is a space for them.
Come exactly as you are.
