JaneAnne Banyra
JaneAnne Banyra has been a fitness professional since 2013 as a yoga and pilates teacher. In addition, she was a lululemon ambassador in 2018 in Nanuet, NY and as of June 2023 she was asked to be an ambassador again, this time for the Montvale, NJ location. Known for her athletic and creative sequencing along with her love for core work, she specializes in vinyasa yoga and reformer pilates.
Those close to her know her as JA. Ruthlessly authentic, JA loves to change things up, redefining the boundaries of what we think yoga and pilates to be. Encouraging freedom within movement she believes in unapologetic authenticity on and off the mat. With a true passion for hip-hop and R&B, upbeat vibes, and good energy all around; students see her Portland, OR West Coast roots at best.
Her classes are designed to sculpt the body, breath and mind encouraging her students to accomplish what they felt was once impossible. When JaneAnne is not teaching you can catch her recharging at the beach with friends and family like the true West Coast girl she is.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Nyles B brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of Pilates and personal training. As a Peak Pilates Certified Instructor, Nyles B is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through the transformative power of Pilates.
Drawing on an extensive athletic background, Nyles understands the nuances of training the body for optimal performance and health. This unique perspective allows for a tailored approach that meets the needs of individuals at all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes

Tori Hoehn
Tori started her journey in health and wellness 15 yrs ago when she got her degree in Holistic Nutrition Coaching from The institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a daughter of a doctor, she has always had a propensity for healing and optimizing the food/ body connection. Growing up as a competitive ice skater and dancer , Tori understood the way the body moves and its limitations. The combination of a healthy diet and physical activity is what led her to become a certified pilates instructor. Marrying movement with intention is what makes Tori a dynamic teacher.
Clients can expect a challenging and rewarding session , with emphasis on form, fun and hard work. When Tori is not teaching pilates, you can find her testing new healthy recipes in the kitchen and caring for her two daughters, husband and two dogs!

Liza Torres
A strong mind-body connection is at the core of my teaching style, blending classical foundations with playful creative movement, I offer both structured and dynamic flows. With years of professional experience and advanced certifications in the wellness industry, I specialize in Pilates, Yoga, breathwork and corrective exercise. Helping, and seeing clients manage pain, improve posture, feel stronger, and move with greater awareness and ease places a huge smile on my face and leaves a lasting imprint in my heart.
My passion of helping others pours into initiating various pop-up events and workshops to build connection through sound and movement. My favorites include Sound-Baths, and Restorative Yoga. Beyond the studio I find joy in long hikes with my husband and dogs, making crystal bracelets, and spending time with friends and family.

Austin Nieves
Healthy bodies require quality movement” is a driving philosophy of Austin’s practice. We are made to move, and Austin believes we all deserve to feel vital and safe in our bodies while doing so. To him a golden key for stewarding good health, moving effectively, and disciplining your body is pilates. In 50 minutes you will leave with a greater appreciation for your health, a deeper connection with your body, and your core on fire! Austin is a Peak Pilates level 2 certified instructor, a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, and a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach.
